SHIPPING, ORDER & DELIVERY
How long does it take for my order to be filled?
Orders are filled within 3 days of request if you are only ordering the boots.
If you are ordering a “Diamond Skate” set-up your order will take longer.
2 weeks for order and delivery supply. 3 days for mounting. Your order will ship the following business day after mounting. To check the status of your order please reach out to contact@diamondskates.com
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping timelines are based on the shipping carrier. Your orders will be filled within 3 business days and will be shipped the next business day.
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link as soon as one is provided by the shipping carrier.
I received the wrong order:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as long as you can wear them we will ship them.
Are tariffs and custom fees added into my order total?
They are not. As much as we would love to see you wear our product, Diamond Skates will not be responsible for the cost of tariffs and other additional taxes/custom fees. Please verify your country shipping regulations and imposed fees prior to submitting your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Unmounted Diamond Skate boots are returnable within the first 2 weeks of delivery.
Please send us an email with your:
•order number
•a picture of the item you have received to contact@diamondskates.com
A full refund of order will be issued once the boots are received and verified by the Diamond Skates headquarters
Please do not send the item back to us yet. We will contact you for next steps.
Note: Boots cannot exhibit any signs of wear and tear. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on returns.
Why are “mounted” Diamond Skates non- returnable?
Due to our very limited supply Diamond Skate set ups are non-returnable. Please make sure to follow proper sizing instructions to avoid being unsatisfied with your order.
If you are still uncertain about your size, we suggest ordering the products separately and taking your skates to your local rink for mounting once you are satisfied with your boot size.
Can I exchange a product? (I ordered the wrong size)
You can easily return your “Unmounted” Diamond Skate boots to us and place a new order for the desired exchange item. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your exchange and notify you upon completion.
How much time do I have to return a product?
14 business days after delivery ONLY applicable for “Unmounted” Diamond Skate boots.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your International return policy?
Unmounted Diamond Skate boots are returnable within the first 2 weeks of delivery.
